Lincoln athletic teams are (SWS) conference affiliated

Major News! Four of the five Lincoln athletic teams are conference affiliated. The Men’s and Women’s Soccer and Basketball teams have been accepted into the South Western States (SWS) Intercollegiate Conference which is for independent small colleges, and will start this upcoming 2023-2024 season. This conference provides an opportunity for small colleges and their student athletes to be in a structured intercollegiate competition, regular season championship in the months of traditional conference play for their sport, and as well as postseason experience and tournament championship.

With Lincoln University in its third year for athletics, this is a major stride in the athletic department to get 4 of its 5 athletic teams into a competitive conference. Lincoln University Athletics is, and continues to operate as, an Independent school that has the ability to play other University sports at all levels.

There will be a lot of action and games to follow this year for Lincoln. We are excited for this next chapter of our athletic program.
